At some time in your life someone will have lent you a helping hand. Now you can help others through the arts and culture by offering your time and/or skills. What’s more you do not need to know a great deal about the arts and culture to volunteer; all you need is the desire to help.

Everyone has a skill, and that skill can be used in some way to benefit the and . It may be anything from admin to writing and editing skills, sales and marketing, or simply being able to help out at an arts/cultural event. Volunteering is a fulfilling and fun way of meeting new people and making new friends; it enables you to practise and enhance your skills, or even learn new ones.
